SHIPPING
We work our hardest to keep shipping fast and cost efficient by offering a variety of options. It is the responsibility of the buyer to input and verify their correct information such as name, contact, and shipping address. In the instance that an incorrect address is given, the buyer will be responsible for the cost to reship the items once they have been returned to the warehouse. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, they will be responsible for paying all initial shipping costs incurred as well as a 20% restocking fee of the items. 
 
When will I get my order?
We work hard to ensure you get your order in a timely manner. It generally takes 3-5 business days to fulfill orders and then we have them shipped.  In most cases, you will receive your order in in about a 7-10 business days. In some rare instances, due to warehouse or custom requests, orders can take up to 14 days. We do not sell items that are out of stock, although sometimes they may have to come from a different facility, which can add time to the delivery and is out of our control. International orders may take longer. Items from China can take as long as 30+ days. 
 
Where do you ship?
The Wakeboat Life ships to all territories within the Continental United States. We also ship to select international countries. If we ship to your country, you will see shipping options at checkout. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international delivery. 
**Free shipping only applies to orders made in the lower 48. 
 
How much does it cost?
All of our decals ship for .99 no matter the quantity. Our other items are calculated at checkout based on weight or flat rate.
 
 
 
Returns
Many of our items are made to order and are custom. We take pride in providing products of quality and consistency. If you feel that our products did not meet your expectations, please reach out and allow us to work on a solution for you. Because items are custom and often made to order, orders cannot be cancelled due to “changing your mind” or issues out of our control such as shipping or warehouse stock.
For apparel to be returned, it must be sent back unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging eligible for resale. Worn items will not be accepted for return. All returned apparel is subject to a 20% restocking fee. If an exchange is needed, please reach out about a replacement to be sent. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and items must be unworn and have the original tags on them.  
 
Decals: All of our custom decals are cut to order. Unless there is a mistake in the manufacturing of the item, all sales are final.
Colors of decals and apparel on the order page may not be exact and could be a slight shade different. Please contact us before ordering for concerns on exact color match.
